This house is a spacious home that will suit the whole family. It also has outdoor living space and a pool. Your will enjoy the quiet country feel yet close to outdoor events and entertainment. Our breezeway gives you a great view of the Cocolamus dam, farming fields and a passing by amish horse and buggy. There is also access to the garage where there are extra fishing poles, yard games and bicycles to use during your stay.

Come enjoy our pool, hot tub, and home during your time in State College. We're ideally located, about 3 miles to campus/stadium but an easy drive to all the N Atherton shopping/restaurants. Our pool is open from late April - mid Nov. This is a one floor home; there is one step into the house. Please note: this is a NO SMOKING and NO PARTYING house.
