This tiny house has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, having two bedrooms with closets being able to sleep five guests. Own washer and dryer with iron and board, tankless water heather, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Plates, cups, pans, pots, utensils, blender, coffee and coffee maker. We provide two sets of golf clubs with accessories, four fishing rods, tackle box, four tennis rackets and four discgolfs for you to use while staying with us.

Two large bedrooms and a bunk room, two full bathrooms, a living room with the fireplace and a large eat in fully stocked kitchen. Large outdoor areas to dine, play games, sit around the fire pit or just sit and enjoy the fantastic view. There is also a dock for boating, fishing or watching the sunset.

The Modern Lodge

From relaxing on the patio under romantic lights to lounging on the cozy couch in the dining area, The Modern Lodge is the perfect tiny home getaway! It comes with amenities for staying in and cooking or it’s close enough to various dining options in town. While the listing states it can accommodate 4 guests, one bed is actually the couch/sleeper sofa which would sleep 2 guests. We look forward to hosting you as guests at The Modern Lodge!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay with all of the comforts of home! 3 Bedroom, one story home with large back yard that has alley access for extra parking if needed for boats. Propane gas grill and outdoor seating. Fully stocked kitchen with gas range and dishwasher. Washer and Dryer. Fairly close to OH Ivie lake where a Texas angler reeled in an 'historic' bass, one of the largest of all time in February 2023!

The Fence

This house features 2 Queen beds & 2 Trundles. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Just a few blocks to the downtown area. The backyard is currently undergoing landscaping (coming soon). ROKU TV & wifi to watch your favorites and take care of any business. This is a place to spend time with friends and family, talking face to face. Host does live on property but we each have our own private entries.

River Front Get Away

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. Enjoy all of the native Texas wildlife that surrounds the creek bottom, some of the best fishing in Brown county, kayaking, paddle boating, swimming and family time. Located not far from town but you get the enjoyment of the country.
