"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Only 5 miles to the Colorado National Monument and biking trails. Only 3 miles to St Mary's Hospital. This space has its own entry exit. Very private. You get to park in the driveway and the lockbox is by the big backyard door and opens this and your door

Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach.
