Sunset Pointe is the perfect base for a seaside break.Located a 2min walk from Cleveleys high street, where you will find a variety of shops, cafes, bars, takeaways and arcades. The beach is a 5 minute walk away & the tram stop to the centre of Blackpool/ Fleetwood is a 3minute walk away. There is a big Aldi in the centre of Cleveleys and convenience store located on ‘Beach Road’ (a 2min walk from the house). The house is pet friendly & has a secure garden for dogs which is a lovely suntrap.

Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.
