Swordfish Suite "South Beach" is an adorable side of a Duplex located in the SURF District of Clear Lake. This unit has great living space! There is a full Kitchen, Laundry room and wonderful living area downstairs. Upstairs has a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and nice Bathroom. It is 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM and also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach and Main street. There is a cozy backyard with Fire Pit & Grill.

It features a smart design with two bedrooms on the main and one on the lower level. Plenty of space as there is a living room up and a family room on the lower level that walks out to the lakeside patio. Enjoy the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch while you spend evenings roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire.

Lakeview Cottage - Come Relax in the city of Sportsman's Paradise and enjoy the beautiful views of Clear Lake-Ventura, Iowa, with unobstructed views of the lake. Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs.

It is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown with only a short walk!
