Built in the early 1940's, this cozy 1 room lodge is just the place to get away from it all. Great room is open concept containing double bed (which is a murphy bed!), a twin daybed, kitchen, living area w/ TV, dining. Laundry, bunk bedroom, and bathroom are located off of the main room. Property owners live on adjoining lots. 2 adults/2 kids ideal.

Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

Or take advantage of all the cozy indoor spaces we’ve created for relaxing (or reading or puzzling or playing a game). Enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of the water while rocking on the front porch. Close to many attractions in Meadows of Dan, Galax, Wytheville and Mount Airy. Please note that there is a $50 added fee for pets that is passed on to our cleaners.

Conveniently located to New River Trail, Iron Heart Winery. The perfect getaway! Notice for winter guests-4 wheel drive is needed in icy or snowy conditions.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.
