Our charming home, built circa 1800's, updated with addition's in the 1930's and brought into the 21st century, totally revamped and modernized, 2020. Located within walking distance of downtown Historical Smyrna, where charming pubs and stores await you. Enter your quarters, through the 'Milk Room', pass your private full bath, by the spiral staircase to your spacious private bedroom suite, nestled below a cathedral ceiling on the second floor. Oh, Dover Downs and Wesley college are close by

Private Guest Suite

Our suite features a 3-speed ceiling fan with dimmable overhead lighting, a kitchenette, a bidet toilet, an office nook, and more. While this space is most comfortable for 2 people, up to 2 additional people may be added to your reservation for a fee and we will provide an air mattress. Please note: our home shares a small mud room-style entrance with the guest suite, however the suite has a lock and is private with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. We look forward to hosting you!

Horse Haven

Equestrian decor flavors this cozy second floor apartment. You will find a brand new walk-in shower, coffee bar, carpet, furniture, freshly-painted walls and fast fios internet. We technically live just outside of the town limits yet are only two miles from Route 1, which gives you quick access to Wilmington and Dover. Ten acres of woods and pastures surround our bucolic property. Our eventual goal is to host traveling nurses and military as we are close to several hospitals and DAFB.

Damage or extra cleaning from pets is independently assessed by our cleaning staff. The ceilings are very low in some areas. Safety padding has been installed but proceed at your own discretion. If you have any questions about the space, just ask!
