Ensuite bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. Kitchenette with convection microwave oven/grill, fridge, all small appliances and a breakfast bar.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Quirky Garden Lodge Retreat in Bath

The lodge is tucked away at the end of a long garden, away from the main house, fully contained, where guests have private use of the lodge and upper garden. With lots of charm and character it makes the consummate hideaway with its unique, quirky style, a cosy cabin bed for two and additional sleeping on the mezzanine floor. The high ceiling, wooden floor and exposed beams offer a light and airy feel, with French windows opening onto the deck. A perfect base for exploring the heritage city.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. Made from locally grown and sawn larchwood and largely fitted out from locally reclaimed timber All electric is solar generated and all water is filtered ground water, (tested crystal clear by wessex laboratories). Compost from the toilet is used for tree planting on site. She is ideally suited for single travellers or couples and couples with children.
