This unique place has a style all its own, and includes a cool pinball table and arcade cabinet! Adults and kids alike will enjoy the generous amenities and whimsical room decorations - we don't take ourselves too seriously and hope our place can offer you an entertaining space to relax, de-stress and enjoy yourself after travel (and hopefully distract the kids for a while). Our neighborhood also offers plenty to do - scenic fishing ponds, a playground, and a community pool (open seasonally).

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

Welcome to our peaceful country home! Designed with families and traveling workers in mind, this property offers the ultimate relaxing getaway. Step outside to a massive, private lawn. Cute older home but well kept on one acre. The backyard is fully fenced and ready for your fur babies. Blazing fast internet, spacious living room and a country kitchen with modern appliances make this house feel like home. Washer, dryer and laundry pods help you keep up with laundry while traveling.

Great for whole-family getaways, friend reunions, or work travel. This “suburban sleepover” is set with three queen beds along with two full sized couches. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room can comfortably accommodate groups! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room has a smart TV for your convenience. There is a back patio table and front porch swing to sit and sip coffee or tea in the mornings. Plus, the two-car garage is free for parking!

However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.

The Cozy Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, both with TVs and fresh white linens, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with complimentary coffee, cream and sugar, new washer and dryer, smart TVs, cable and WiFi, Nest thermostat, and door locks - all controlled with Alexa throughout.

Cozy Barndominium

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in country setting on one flat acre , with plenty of parking . Close to Will Rogers Downs and Cherokee Casino. 5 miles to turnpike gate off highway 44 & close to route 66. The home is newly built & everything is new. All new appliances & a new 58" smart tv. Just installed a new water heater so now have plenty of hot water! We would love to have you stay.
