There is off-road parking to the side; space to hang wet suits & store surf boards, and secure storage for bikes. 10 mins from Barnstaple amenities and easy reach of the Tarka Trail; the SW Coast Path; North Devon beaches & beautiful Exmoor.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Swallow View, Umberleigh, North Devon

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Very conveniently situated to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. The Granary is great for families or couples who want to get away and enjoy the countryside, explore beautiful North Devon, chill in the private garden or just cosy up beside the log fire. Whilst we are in a small rural hamlet, we also have towns and villages a short drive away which have great pubs and cafes. We are 45 minutes from the beautiful North Devon beaches as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. Driveway parking for 2 cars.
