Great base to explore the area, only a short distance from the market town of Bampton (filming location for Downton Abbey) and with easy access to Burford (Gateway to the Cotswolds), Cotswold Wildlife Park, Clarkson's Farm locations, and a multitude of other villages, walks and historic sites.

The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

The property is located in Aston which has a village shop, pub and a cafe in the pottery. Located close to Witney there are plenty of good places to eat in the local area. The annexe is detached from our property above a double garage with a private entrance. There is a modern en-suite plus a kitchen area which includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and sink. We are a family with two dogs. The annexe is located to the front of our home.

Beautiful bright self-contained one bed cottage with double bed, fully equipped shower room, fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine/ dishwasher) dining table and chairs. Sitting room has large comfy sofa with TV. Tea, coffee, milk, internet, light breakfast provided There are a number delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).

The hut is situated in a private garden and an off road parking space is provided. The hut has its own bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking equipment. Outside there is a patio area with comfortable seating, a chimenea and table and chairs.
