L'appartamento è disponibile per 2 adulti con possibilità aggiunta divano letto per 2 bambini sotto i 12 anni . Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale con area relax su terrazza panoramica con vista su castello e vigneti con tramonti unici.

All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Spese da pagare in loco in base al consumo legna 8€ a cassetta Gpl 6€ a metro cubo elettricità 0,36 a kw. Sarà fornita legna per un barbecue e un bagno caldo nella hot tub gratis.

Un antico podere del XIX secolo, immerso nel verde dei pascoli, o “banditelle”, che oggi ospitano un’oliveta e qualche filare di vigna. La casina nelle banditelle profuma di finocchietto selvatico, uva settembrina, olive schiacciate sulle reti in ottobre e fiori di campo in primavera. Saranno il cielo stracolmo di stelle e il concerto serale dei grilli a darvi la buonanotte.
