Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

This ground level unit in Burleigh Heads is in the perfect location. Central to everything you need. 450mtrs from the beach and 200mtrs from the main strip - James St. A 2 min walk and your in the heart of Burleigh Heads including the Burleigh Headland perfect for a beautiful scenic walk. Also wraps around to Tallebudgera creek. James St and surrounds offer - restaurants, cafes, clubs, shops, a bottle shop and a Woolworths. Enjoy off street parking in our double lock up garage.

This cottage is fully self contained and has fresh water swimming holes on the property just a few steps from your door. The river runs through the property and there's plenty of grassy spots to lay around and picnic all day long. This charming cottage has a small kitchen, a living area, verandah, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with its own spa bath. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in picturesque Currumbin Valley. The place is drug and alcohol free, and vegetarian food only.

The cottage is designed to sit quietly on its beautiful hillside site, making the very best of its stunning location. Stylishly outfitted, you’ll find a truly relaxing space to unwind and take in the gorgeous vistas of Northern NSW, surrounded by peace and quiet. Guests are welcome to explore our property-as long as you take a carrot or two to share with Bentley, our resident horse. This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
