Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes .
