They offer so much, we hope you’ll enjoy everything they have to offer. Ideally located in the heart of the most northerly seaside village of Cemaes in wales. The property has easy access to the coastal path, beaches and the wider area. Our cosy cottage is a ‘two up and two down’, featuring a large sheltered decked terraces with views over the river valley.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
