Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. Our accomodation?!? 15 minutes from the beautiful Venice that can be reached with bus number 6 which is in front of the house. Economical, modern and perfect for a family or a group of friend. Very important: the house is located in a condominium where it is absolutely impossible to make noise, especially after 22:00 and before 8:00. The house is at third floor without elevator. Please consider it if you have heavy luggages.
