Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water, kayaking on the bay, end the day relaxing by the fire. Head to Assateague to swim, surf fish or hike to the famed lighthouse. Return with the day's catch to utilize the fish cleaning station and outdoor shower.

Pony Pines offers a firepit, a master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a clawfoot tub on the main floor. We have 2 Kayaks for your use on the canal, and a storage shed with some of the beach accessories you may need for your days at the Ocean. Linens are provided! This lighthouse style home is situated on 3 private acres and has 3 water views: the Creek, the Chesapeake Bay and the Rappahannock River all which can be viewed from the wrap @ deck and top observation lookout. The narrow bit of land across 3446 Main St. belongs to our property w/chairs + a firepit + water access to launch kayaks (2) provided! An open plan-coastal rustic design. Front sitting room w/sofa + high-top table. A large upscale kitchen, two sofas in living room, 2 bdrms, & sleeping loft + a tiny office with a twin murphy bed. Large deck-table, sofa + grill. Family home, not ideal for more than 3 adults.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.
