Wellanidia Cottage ist ein kleines Steinhaus (ca.35qm) was beinahe vollständig von einer uralten Eiche überkrönt ist. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich mein Turmhaus und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück eine Töpferwerkstatt. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
