This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. You are welcome to play basketball or use backyard. No guests are allowed in the pool.

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

Comfortable, updated 1BDR cottage located on Talahi Island, halfway between Historic Savannah and beautiful Tybee Island. Enjoy the breeze and view of the Bull River and cargo ships passing in the Savannah River from the rocking chairs on your own screened porch. Just 5 minutes away from restaurants and shops, Fort Pulaski National Park and scenic walking/biking trails. Please note, there is no dock or direct river access. *No smoking, Indoors or Out*

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

This peaceful house is perfectly located between Savannah's famous River Street and Tybee Island beach. A short 12 minutes drive will take you to downtown and in just 15 minutes you will be at the beach. Many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, are just 3 minutes away.
