My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Come enjoy this unique experience of staying in a newly renovated train car that actually used to be used for transporting goods along the rails between Chicago and Las Angeles. Come enjoy the peaceful, quiet, wide open spaces where we have chosen to park this boxcar, walk out through through the patio doors onto the back deck and soak up the beautiful sunsets surrounding you, not to mention the sunrises you are able to see in the mornings! The Sparrow is a large home with unique features you will certainly enjoy! It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins) fit for up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 unique sun rooms to spend your quiet time and a large living room with TV and classic furnishings. The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

Stiefel Theatre Loft! #1

This wonderful, newly remodeled apartment is a part of the historic Stiefel Theatre in downtown Salina. This beautiful apartment has big windows that look out over Santa Fe. You are right in the heart of downtown, all the restaurants, shops, are just minutes away. The loft has a bedroom that sleeps two and also a West Elm sleeper sofa that sleeps two in the living room. There is a private entrance off Santa Fe, a full kitchen with microwave, espresso and coffee maker, and washer and dryer.

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

No animals are on this property. We are a Kansas Tourism Site. Please note we may host Harvest Host Guests next to property. We provide farm information and products under tourism. After a long day of traveling, working, fishing, swimming, or hunting, step into our very clean, cozy home, and relax. Central Heat/Air, WiFi, Roku TV, newly remodeled bathroom, and an overall peaceful space. Fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge and access to laundry room and all supplies. Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

West Side Loft

Known as West Side Loft, come enjoy this newly remodeled loft in our downtown business district. The loft is above a small Christian business. You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.
