The one room suite is connected to a main residence, but completely separate with its own entrance and parking. The space has a king bed, television, WiFi, a lounging chair, a work desk, a Keurig coffee station, microwave, and small refrigerator. There is also a fully stocked full bathroom with a tub.

The "Bird Cottage" is a private guest house nestled on the edge of our property along the Iberia/St. Martin parish line on Hwy 182. It's the perfect spot for relaxation. The cottage has great sunset views outside and is cozy inside. The front room doubles as a living room/full kitchen. Through a set of French doors-the bedroom and bathroom. The cottage has lots of charm with an artsy "bird" theme. You'll have the entire cottage and immediate yard to yourself.

Private Guest Suite in an add-on to a private family home occupied by a gay couple in their 40s. Suite has its own exterior private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The charming brick cottage is located on a fenced-in property on a busy street. There are extensive gardens with two large greenhouses and lush garden areas in the back. Trusted volunteers will come work in the garden some days.
