There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

A cozy basement ensuite with private entrance.

If you choose to book the basement En-suite. You'll have a semi private back entrance (shared with me) So I can access my garage. There are stairs down to the suite with a low header above the entrance into the suite. Generally not an issue. Once in, you'll find a kitchenette/laundry area as well as your own bathroom. The ceilings are 6ft + and generally not an issue as well.

This is a newly re-modeled studio/1 bath guest suite with a private entrance. A perfect location for beach goers and skiing. It is less than 1 mile from Jordan Valley Barn if you are attending a wedding/event, less than 1 mile from downtown East Jordan or Lake Charlevoix, and 15 miles from Boyne City, Charlevoix, Lake Michigan, or Boyne Mountain.

Located in Boyne City, this space is the downstairs of a large home with a high ceilings, fantastic porch, handicap accessibility and a Lake Charlevoix view. Three bedrooms, sleeps 9. Short walk into downtown Boyne City and short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petosky, Charlevoix and East Jordan. Enjoy your stay, anytime of year.
