The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Idéalement située au centre du Périgord et de tous les sites qui en font la richesse, notre maison, Chez Colette et Mimi, est une dépendance de l’un des plus beaux domaines du Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. Comme à l’aube du 18ème siècle, ici tout respire la paix, l'harmonie et la beauté. C’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région de Dordogne. Chez Colette et Mimi est l’ancienne grange, bâtie en 1702, que nous avons convertie en maison luxueuse.

Barn Long House with private pool

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

La grange du moulin: un coin nature à découvrir.

Le gîte est situé à 1km300 du village de Saint Christophe. Il est entouré d un étang et de ruisseaux car se trouve dans un ancien moulin à eau. Le gîte est une grange rénovée en 2019. La décoration est simple, fonctionnelle. Le contemporain côtoie l'ancien, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme. Les espaces autour du gîte sont laissés à disposition :chaises longues, barbecue, campagne, étang, ruisseau. 2 villages situés à 6kms à possèdent une petite épicerie., une boucherie, une boulangerie.

Gîte champêtre au manoir de Braugnac

Anne et Xavier vous invitent à découvrir le Périgord Vert en vous accueillant dans ce gîte situé sur le magnifique domaine du Manoir de Braugnac. Chevaux, mare forestière privée, bois de Braugnac... Vous serez plongés dans une nature verdoyante et pleine de charme. Une grande piscine extérieure, au sel, agrémentera votre séjour entre mi-mai et début octobre (en fonction de la météo !) Barbecue, table de ping-pong, boules de pétanque et vélos sont également mis à votre disposition.

We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.
