The property is a spacious two floored villa with a beautiful balcony and open veranda. The Villa consists of 4 fully furnished double bedrooms which are all en-suite. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The house comes with an inverter as well. The property is located in a prime location. less than 1km from Chingavanam centre, 8km to Kottayam centre and 9km to Changanacherry. With 350 feet riverside with green lawns and full of trees in 1.5 acres of land, this house can be used for a peaceful vacation or as party place with family/friends.
