We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

You may encounter deer, turkeys, road runners and much more. Enjoy the lonesome howl of distant coyotes in the evening as you step outside this old waycar. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
