Excelente elección para hospedarse, dado su tamaño superior (70m2), claridad (muchos son oscuros o bajos) y ascensor. En el corazón de Madrid, a 5 min de metro de Av. América, Cartagena y Prosperidad. A 15 min del aeropuerto y a 5 min de la terminal de buses nacional. Estadio Bernabeu cercano. Cómodo apartamento con cuatro estancias: salón, dos habitaciones y baño, todas ellas con ventanales que dan luz natural (la mayoría de los apartamentos del barrio son bajos o interiores con menor luz y paso de peatones). Camas grandes con colchón y almohadas de látex con sábanas de algodón. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora, friegaplatos, WIFI, TV (FireTV), aire acondicionado y calefacción.

Se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.
