The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Maple Cottage is situated on our 6 acre small holding and is very spacious, and very well equipped with everything you may need, offering accommodation for 4, with the option of room for one more. The accommodation has two toilets, one on the ground floor. It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches and also 10 minutes to the centre of Truro, with lots of shops, cafes and quaint streets. An ideal getaway, centrally located to explore Cornwall. Close to hospital for work placements.
