We hope you’ll enjoy your stay and have fun in Hua Hin! - A designer style white color theme with a little turquoise, fresh and clean - A huge balcony with a marvelous view of green mountain and palm trees - Brand new furniture purchased April 2018 - A queen size bed with stylish night stands and lamps - A big white sofa set could seat 3-4 people. Sofas could be turned into two beds if needed. - 55 inch Samsung 4K Ultra HD smart TV set with built-in Netflix and Youtube app+ local TV channels - Free wifi - Free parking lot - Air-conditioner - Swimming pool downstairs(there are two pools not only one) - Fitness room downstairs - Laundry could be sent to downstairs’ management office to be cleaned for a very small charge - A Restaurant and a Coffee shop and a 24-hour small convenience store on 2nd floor in the condo building - All equipped Kitchen with Siemens refrigerator, induction stove, microwave oven, electric water boiler, toaster, rice cooker with cooking utensils and tableware. - 2 Bath towels and 2 hand towels will be prepared each time before check-in - Hair dryer, shampoo and bath shower are included - In a gated community with 2 safety guards 24hours on duty - Located in downtown Hua Hin and on famous Phethasem Road which is a main road here - 2 minutes to a local grocery store - 3 minutes to 7-11 24hour-convenience store - 5 minutes walk to night market and Chatchai market - 6 minutes to the bus station where Bangkok-Hua Hin bus - 7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and you could enjoy Cabana at the Oceanside restaurant which we recommend very much and very close Hilton hotel - You will find that living in our house is as convenient as to live in your own house. - With 10 Baht (0.15US dollars), you could take a mini bus right in front of to reach any shops and supermarkets, such as the Bluport, Market village, Makro Food Center, etc. You are very welcome to live in our place and enjoy your stay in Hua Hin! We hire professional cleaners to clean the place thoroughly each time before you check in and make sure the beddings and towels are changed to fresh and clean ones. We’ll not be in town when you are visiting but we have a management office downstairs which could help you and you could also contact us any time when you have any questions during your stay.
