This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Right in the heart of the historic centre, where the ancient communal bakehouse once stood, you immerse yourself in a unique experience, surrounded by stone, history, and the sea, getting lost in the narrow white streets and breathing in the typical air of Apulian historic centres. E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.

la Casina é immersa nel verde. Posto ideale per 2 persone che amano la tranquillità. Gli ospiti possono stare nella veranda adiacente, oppure spostarsi nel prato all'ombra del corbezzolo e godere del favoloso panorama. la Casina é su due piani: al piano terra c'è cucina e bagno, al piano superiore camera da letto e bagno di servizio. I due livelli sono uniti da una scala esterna. Panorama ammirabile stando anche comodamente a letto grazie ai finestroni che danno sul paese e sul mare.
