The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares.   Ideally located for public transport. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious lounge with a sofa bed (bed is 1.60 - 2:00 meters), dining room, very spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking such as hob, oven and microwave. Next to the entrance is a toilet room. If you go down the stairs there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.The shower room is next to the bedrooms. Be aware the building has no elevator. You will love my place because it is a charming, luxurious and authentic house in a great historical location. The whole historical center is within walking distance.
