Casa Planchette is a gem of peace and amazing views, just few minutes outside Bre’. It enjoys breathtaking lake view and an all-day-long sun exposure. The house is part of a beautiful 1,500sqm agricole terrain, giving guests the unique opportunity to enjoy an extrarodinary garden space, in rare peace and silence. Appartamento al secondo piano di 50 m.q. su due livelli con entrata indipendente può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 5 persone. L’appartamento non è adatto ai bambini con età inferiore ai 4 anni. Per ragioni di spazio non è possibile aggiungere letti o lettini. Piscina e giardino in comune con altri ospiti. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cassaforte. L’appartamento è vicino alla strada principale, che costeggia il lago, per questo motivo può esserci del rumore delle automobili in transito.l

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

Outside, the terrace and views await. An outdoor dining table, hammock and fire bowl invite you to relax. Close access to Gemmi & Torrant cable cars and thermal baths.

Private Chalet.Waterfall view. A traditional Swiss chalet. Private enclosed garden, safe for children with BBQ & uninterrupted views of the valley. Truly special spot to base yourself while exploring the region. Parking. Please note, ceilings are low for tall man. Please enquire. There is a Tourist Tax of CHF 3.50 per guest 16 years plus per night (kids 6-16 CHF 0.80) to pay cash on departure.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house between a small forest and a wineyard, the ideal place to enjoy nature. A nice place to be in contact with the nature and the beutiful surroundings. There is no Wifi and no TV, ideal to relax, detox from the digital life and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Very colse by car to Locarno and Tenero (10 min).

Ferienwohnung mit Garten, Pool und Whirlpool

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in Lindau am Bodensee nur etwa 2 km von Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie erreichen das Stadtzentrum in wenigen Minuten mit Auto, Fahrrad oder Bus. Ein Kaminofen, der Bio- Pool im Garten und ein Aussen- Whirlpool mit durchgehend 36° C sorgen bei jedem Wetter für Entspannung. Fahrräder können gerne bei uns in der Garage untergebracht werden.
