Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

This quaint studio, is located a short drive from the centre of Wanaka - approximately 5kms. Avoid the busyness of town, and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is private, offering beautiful views of the mountains, local farms and gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as you soak in the sun, or a book as you snuggle in the armchair indoors. If you're active, the local ski fields and Lake Wanaka have plenty to offer you. Nestled away on a quiet back section, our recently completed, purpose-built 1-bedroom Apartment is the perfect place to base yourself on a visit to Wanaka. The western facing deck and outdoor seating area is a great place to relax in the sun after a day exploring. The bedroom has a Queen bed and additional guests can use the very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.
