Conveniently located with a 10-15 min walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Walk of Fame, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and hiking trails. Universal Studios is a 5-10 min drive. The Spanish-Mediterranean Revival architecture, stone floors, casement windows, gas fireplace, mid-century modern furniture and original artwork make this property a unique experience.

About 3 mins drive up to the hills from the Sunset Plaza. Nice modern looking vintage house. Not the brand new condition. Invisible from outside by trees surrounding the house. City view from the second floor. Salted swimming pool can be heated at 83F degree. (Need to let us know before arriving) About 2,200 sq house out of 6,000 sq land. Must take off the shoes inside the house. No parties, gatherings or pets allowed. No music or outdoor activities after 10pm by city law. Thank you.

The space is cozy and bright. Its placement at the top of the hill makes it feel like you're in a tree house. It's a great place to lounge around or get some work done. Open all the windows and let the breeze flow right through the tree tops and into the house. You get the whole house! Two bedrooms and 1 bath. Washer and dryer are downstairs. There are a lot of stone steps to get up to the house. It's a bit of a workout to some people, but well worth it!
