Wohnen unmittelbar am Karl-Heine-Kanal im hippen Leipziger Westen. Hier "wohnt" die Kunstszene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Unweit vom Objekt beginnt das sog. Neuseenland. Eine Rudertour auf dem Kanal gefällig oder schnell in der Innenstadt. Alles kein Problem von der gemütlichen Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Karl-Heine-Kanal. Z.Z. sind auf dem Jahrtausendfeld Tiere (u.a. Kamele), natürlich ohne Garantie. Die Wohnung ist getrennt vom Haus, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem mittendrin.

Gleichzeitig erreicht ihr in wenigen Schritten die beliebte Kneipenmeile mit vielfältigen gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Dennoch ist die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen , so dass ihr eine himmlisch ruhige Nachtruhe genießen könnt. Und dann der Blick von der Terrasse ....

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
