Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Appartamento in una casa immersa nel verde,vicino al paese di Castel del Piano. Si affaccia sul castagneto di proprietà e oltre la vista si perde lungo la valle del fiume Ente fino a poter scorgere le vigne del Brunello e gli olivi secolari. L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno,una cucina e una camera da letto. Possibilità di usare il forno a legna e il barbecue oltre al garage per le biciclette e moto ideali per scoprire le meraviglie del Monte Amiata. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio. L’agriturismo si compone di due appartamenti indipendenti con sala, cucina, camera e bagno. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Casa del Rondone is located in the historic centre of Roccalbegna, near the Town Hall and the Church of Saints Peter and Paul. Recently restored according to building criteria that allow to preserve the population of the common swift Apus apus, that uses the spaces under the roof tiles to reproduce, The House of the Swift has become part of Monumenti Vivi Toscana & Dintorni, an association that protects and promotes the conservation of wild species that live alongside human beings.

Casa Grande is a cosy 40 sqm apartment adjacent to the main house of Podere di Maggio, a stone building dating back to the 1600s. Ideal for a couple, it offers a relaxing stay surrounded by Tuscan nature. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.

The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!
