This beautiful and cozy house is just 5 minutes away from the beach of Foz do Arelho and the Obidos lagoon. You will live the whole country and beach experience,also 10 min away to the city of Caldas da Rainha and the medieval town of Obidos It is really cute and it has a great temperature, it has a garage space and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your days. It has an enormous garden with lots of trees and flowers and you will only hear the sound of birds. There is just nature around.

Toda a decoração da casa foi feita com muita dedicação. Todo o mobiliário é feito em madeira, assim como a porta, as janelas e as portadas, com o objetivo de proporcionar o máximo conforto e charme ao espaço. Todos os detalhes de decoração foram pensados e escolhidos ao pormenor, pois sendo um espaço pequeno e não queria diminuir o conforto aos hóspedes. A localização é perfeita , a poucos passos da praia (50 m), numa rua tranquila, com um supermercado mesmo ao pé, uma tasca e um café.

Cozy apartment with the best view over Nazaré. You can enjoy your time in our terrace with the best view always and having the best time enjoying the beautiful Sunset of Nazaré. The beach is at 8 min walking distance as you can see from our pictures! You can easily park the car in our street with no parking fee. Very peaceful place, far from the summer crowd and noise, but still close enough from the beach and center by walking distance in case you prefer! You won't regret it!

Its not necessary to go on a big journey out of Lisbon to get to a rural house made of stone in a calm and relaxing area. Located 1:20h away from Lisbon in a rural village called Venda Nova, however it is located just 8Km away from Nazaré and 5km from São Martinho do Porto the main cities around.You can go on foot from the house down to the beach of the Salgados and in the region it is common to see people doing Parasailing, Surfing and other adventure sports.
