L’appartamento è ubicato al piano terra di un antico palazzo settecentesco, costruito interamente in pietra, con le caratteristiche volte “a stella” rese a vista, tipiche delle case delle zona. All’interno delle stanze non è presente l’aria condizionata in quanto non necessaria (ma è presente un ventilatore).
