Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

There is a covered front porch and back deck with a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a double bed and a twin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen size bed. The island has swimming, boating and horseback riding.
