Take a short drive down a dirt road to reach the property. Spot desert birds and wildlife, relax with an old record player and vintage music, or stream your favorite music and shows on Roku TV.

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Casita Como, Tortolita Mountains Foothills

This 900 sq. ft. Casita is nestled in the foothills of the Tortolita Mts. NW of Tucson, near the main house but with its own amenities, including solar panels on the roof, tasty well water from >1,000 ft. depth, speedy reliable wi-fi and internet-enabled large-screen TV. The views from huge picture windows are gorgeous, especially to the north and west. Native plantings are of numerous indigenous and exotic cactus species, and other native bushes and trees. We love it and think you will too.

The Cottage @ Sanctuary Cove, 80 acres of serenity

A secluded getaway, Sanctuary Cove's Guest Cottage is surrounded by 80 acres of pristine Southwest Desert. Stewarded by a religious non-profit, Sanctuary Cove is a place of respite from the happenings of modern life. The property has hiking trails, easy access to less explored areas of Saguaro National Park, a non-denominational chapel for prayer and meditation, an amphitheater overlooking the Tucson Valley, and a traditional labyrinth.
