Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Walk into a livingroom & kitchenette, down a hallway to a bathroom & then a full size bedroom. LR/ Kitchen has-cable TV, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven & a snack basket! The bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.
