A 5 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Mottagrossa, Punta Aderci e pista ciclabile, a 15 minuti dal centro città e parco acquatico. No animali. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare al check in. Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante. Casa Marù è un piccolo alloggio addatto a due o tre persone che cercano tranquillità e natura. Si trova in un piccolo borgo abruzzese facente parte dei borghi più belli d´Italia. La caratteristica dell´alloggio è la costruzione in pietra della Majella che rende la casa fresca in estate. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
