The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. (You’re welcome to feed them by the fence.) *No dishwasher, if allergic to Gain febreeze plug-in contact owner prior to arrival.

The cabin is so secluded you can go all day without seeing another car drive by. There is a boat ramp around the corner. Plenty of activities on the property including a paddle boat and 2 kayaks. Fish from the shore. No Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

Come enjoy the stillness and silence of our beautiful proeperty. You will love the deep porches with the rocking chairs and porch swing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset, play a game of cornhole, or build a fire in the firepit in the large common area. The Redwood has an open floor plan with lots of natural light. You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

THE OAK-luxury lakefront cabin, sleeps 4

This cabin is just steps from the water on beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA. It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
