It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious primary bathroom, half bath and laundry area. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. Walnut Grove Cabin

A newly built "tiny cabin" on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest. Designed for those who want to sample a simpler life. Hike in our woods, ride bicycles, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire and star gazing, or relax on the porch or in a hammock. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your cabin experience, including a cooking supplies, linens, bath house and composting toilet. The cabin was originally built to be off-the grid, but now has electric, heat, ac, and a wood stove!

Sunset Pond Retreat

Retreat to this charming two story cabin overlooking the beautiful, peaceful Sunset Pond! Only a short distance from Joplin, Carl Junction, and Galena, KS, this cabin is surrounded by several ponds, the largest of which is right outside your front door. The cabin features free WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. Outside, enjoy catch and release fishing from the dock or just sit and take in the moment when a gorgeous sunset meets the peaceful water!

Stirling, a spacious 5-bedroom farmhouse (sleeps 16,) on 60 beautiful, Ozark acres, offers opportunities to explore, play in the creek, or just sit on the deck and relax! As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!
