King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, 70-inch tv, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution. ** Ask about our "Tread Lightly" trail rides.

Unwind and take it easy! Our Beaver Lake home has a breathtaking, expansive lake view and 9 acres of private woods. Neighboring Big Clifty Park features limestone cliffs, natural caves, waterfalls, and boat ramp. Take a 15-mile scenic drive to downtown Eureka Springs for seasonal boutique-shopping, dining, art, and music. Or settle and relax in our sun room, overlooking the lake and enchanting landscape.
