Quinta Vila Rachel is located in the Natural Park of Vale do Tua, in the heart of the Douro Region, with an activity focused on wine tourism and the production of natural and organic wines. Our Farm offers its guests an organic pool where they can relax enjoying the unique landscapes of the Tua Valley. The Farm also have wine tasting activities, where the latest harvests can be tasted, as well as visits to the cellar and vineyards, where the organic and sustainable production is practiced.*

It’s fully renovated, converted in an idyllic, peaceful and charming home. At Quinta do Olival, you will feel the country vibes, as the farmhouse stands out with its artistic decor and its charming views of the valley & vines, the regions unique characteristic. It´s an amazing moment of the day sitting outside by the pool and have a nice wine glass.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
