Orig. from Germany, we love our little paradise on Ruth Lake and would like to share it with you. We live on the same property, there is enough room to respect each other's privacy. You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. We would like to share our experiences of the area. We are open the howl year and we are Pet friendly, please ask !

Upstairs is a loft with multiple beds- ideal for a large group with children or more than one family The cabin is walking distance from the lake- ideal for summer lake activities or winter tubing and skating. Only 8kms off the highway, on good roads, it seems you're a million miles away. Our place is a quiet, 200 acre ranch, in a natural paradise. Small town nearby for basics. 45min to 2 larger towns with all amenities. Completely private, waterfront with misc very friendly livestock on site. With only 2 cabins, 80m apart, enjoy your own little world. Or vacation with friends, host a wedding or family reunion! If renting both cabins, we allow RV's/tents with your party for a small fee.

Kiwi's Nest one man one dream

This tree house is a getaway dream. It emanates romance and is a stay unlike any other. 14 feet up in the trees with lots of windows and lovely wood work you'll sleep like never before. Enjoy coffee up in the trees with the birds. Peek over the rim of your coffee and look down to see the dear grazing the fields. I hand crafted this treehouse from the ground up, it was entirely built from salvaged material. It has all the amenities of a hotel but a hotel for just you and your partner.

We have a hiking trail (suitable for mountain bikes) on our property that leads you to a cute little A Frame shelter in the woods.
