The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. The bedroom, with large wardrobes, has a double bed measuring 150x190 cm. There is a separate, fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features another double bed of the same size. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
