Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Enjoy a perfect getaway in a private pet friendly, beautifully renovated 40 foot high cube . The container is positioned in the top half a double block , and is surrounded by native gardens . The container is fitted out with all you will need for a perfect stay . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. This 3 bedroom home includes a queen bed in the first and second bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet and large vanity. The cosy living area includes a split system for heating and cooling, tv (HDMI & Mac cable) & comfy couch. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances & 6 seat dining table.
