The neighborhood offers access to bike path and canal. 3 bedroom 2 bath home just renovated and redecorated is waiting for you to make memories!! March 15th to 27th open, $150/day + $60 cleaning fee. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Groups age 21 or above. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). Please provide ALL guest's first names/ages (approximate ok as needed) via message to receive self check-in (even if above 5 people). Infant Crib/Playpen, High Chair, Baby Bath available.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This three bedroom house is located two blocks from the Delaware bay. Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!
