Charming 100 year old Victorian. One block to beach and boardwalk in the church district. Catch the breezes from the huge wrap around porch. There are three guest rooms on the lower level and one on the second floor. Each suite has a spacious private bath, table and chairs, tv heat and air conditioning. Lower level suites all have king size beds and Victorian lace curtains. Suite 1 has a sofa bed, suite 2 has a set of bunk beds separate from main room. Our buffet breakfast is the best in town.

Our charming and side cottage on the 1st floor, 2nd floor Sea Breeze Bay and Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.
